October Monthly Meeting: Gun Violence – One Survivor’s Story and What We Can Do to Help

We will have the privilege of hearing from Tiffany Farris, who was on site in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017, when a gunman opened fire, killing 58 people. Ms. Farris is the principal of Castle View Elementary School, so has a unique perspective on gun violence with regard to children. Please come hear about her personal experiences and her thoughts on gun safety.

Nicolette Rohr from the Riverside chapter of the Brady Campaign to End Gun Violence will also be speaking. From 6-7pm we’ll write postcards in support of gun control.
